Returns & Exchanges

At Vintage Culture, we want you to love your timeless finds; if a piece doesn't fit your style, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all vintage-inspired tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice is included to help our team identify your unique vintage pieces.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
